Nile developments is an acclaimed Egyptian-based developer, investor, and operator of mixed-use real estate since 2002. Our leading development projects in New Cairo, Al-Mansoura, and New Administrative Capital contributed to positioning our establishment as one of the most experienced leading real estate developers in New Administrative Capital and all over Egypt.

Nile developments obtained both the membership of the Federation of Egyptian Industries and the Real Estate Development room until we reached the position of the treasurer of the New Cairo Developers Association. Through working with an organized strategy and a clear vision, we are now the owners of more than 100 projects in New Cairo and we delivered more than 40 successful projects.
